Terms & Conditions
1. The Program
The AI PNW Coaching Group ("Program") is a group coaching membership operated by truit™ for Pacific Northwest business owners. Membership includes:
- Recurring live Group Coaching Calls with the truit™ team and other Program members
- Pre-built AI policy and governance templates
- Hands-on automation and Claude workflow support during coaching sessions
- A documented 6-month AI strategy roadmap developed with the group
- Ongoing access to an evolving library of resources, templates, and playbooks
2. Membership Term: This Is a 12-Month Commitment
Enrollment is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. This is not a month-to-month or cancel-anytime membership. Your Initial Term is 12 months from your enrollment date, and Membership automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date.
3. Enrollment Rate
The first 10 members to enroll lock in the Founding Rate of $499/month for as long as their Membership remains active and continuous. Members enrolling after the founding cohort is full are billed at the Standard Rate of $999/month.
4. Payment Authorization
By completing checkout, you authorize truit™ to automatically charge your payment method the applicable monthly fee for the full 12-month Initial Term and each subsequent renewal term, unless your Membership is discontinued as described below. If a payment fails, truit™ may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment is resolved.
5. Cancellation
Because this is a 12-month commitment, you may not cancel for convenience before the end of your current 12-month term. To end your Membership at the close of a term, provide written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you stop paying before the end of a term, you remain responsible for the remaining monthly fees owed for that term. truit™ does not provide prorated or partial-month refunds.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Program provides education, coaching, templates, and advisory support. truit™ does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, cost savings, or level of AI adoption success.
7. Confidentiality
Group coaching calls may involve other members discussing their own business information. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by other members or by truit™ and not to disclose or use it outside the Program.
8. Intellectual Property
All templates, frameworks, roadmaps, recordings, and resource materials provided through the Program remain the intellectual property of truit™ (Hans-On Solutions, LLC). You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials internally within your own business while your Membership is active. Resale, redistribution, or sharing outside your organization is not permitted without truit™'s written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, truit™'s total liability arising out of or related to the Program will not exceed the total fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding a claim. truit™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Thurston County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to These Terms
truit™ may update these Terms from time to time, with reasonable notice for changes affecting future billing cycles. Continued participation in the Program after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
